We ship our products across Canada and the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer International shipping at this time.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We use Canada Post as our shipping courier and the costs are as follows:
Domestic Shipping (Canada)
Standard Flat Rate: $10 CAD
Priority Shipping: $20 CAD
International Shipping (USA only)
Standard Flat Rate: $13.50 CAD
Priority Shipping: $30 CAD
Shipping times vary by location, please allow up to 7 business days for shipping within Canada and up to 14 business days for the USA.
Our hours of operation are:
Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm EST
We ship all orders received by 5:00pm on business days within 72 hours. Orders received on holidays and weekends will be processed the following business day.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We are pleased to provide a full refund on any unused products returned within 15 days of purchase.
can i return an item once opened?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds on used products.
In the event that you are unhappy with an opened product please contact us immediately and we will do everything in our power resolve the issue.
can i EXCHANGE MY ITEM FOR ANOTHER?

how do i package my item for return?
You may use any packaging of your choice which does not compromise the safety of the product.
MY ITEM WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT , WHAT DO I DO?
In the rare event that your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please send us an email with your order details at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work to ensure you receive a full refund, credit or replacement on a case by case basis.
