Shipping

  • IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTICE

    You may experience delays in shipping as important safety measures including physical distancing are being placed as Canada Post continues to deliver during these unprecedented times.

  • Which countries do you ship to?

    We ship our products across Canada and the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer International shipping at this time.

  • HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

    We use Canada Post as our shipping courier and the costs are as follows:

    Domestic Shipping (Canada)
    Standard Flat Rate: $10 CAD
    Priority Shipping: $20 CAD

    International Shipping (USA only)
    Standard Flat Rate: $13 CAD
    Priority Shipping: $30 CAD

    Shipping times vary by location, please allow up to 7 business days for shipping within Canada and up to 14 business days for the USA.


    Our hours of operation are:
    Monday - Friday 8:00 - 6:30pm EST
    We ship all orders received by 4:00pm on business days within 72 hours. Orders received on holidays and weekends will be processed the following business day.

Payment

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards such as Visa , MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB and Union Pay.

    Paypal is also another one of our secure methods of payment.

    Apple Pay and Google Pay is available on all supported devices and browsers.

  • do you have DISCOUNT CODES?

    We may run promotions from time to time and may send out coupons or discount codes. Terms and Conditions apply.

Returns

  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

    We are pleased to provide a full refund on any unused products returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • can i return an item once opened?

    Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds on used products.

    In the event that you are unhappy with an opened product please contact us immediately and we will do everything in our power resolve the issue.

  • can i EXCHANGE MY ITEM FOR ANOTHER?

    If an exchange is needed on unused products for whatever reason please contact us at info@twenty20skincare.com

  • how do i package my item for return?

    You may use any packaging of your choice which does not compromise the safety of the product.

  • MY ITEM WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT , WHAT DO I DO?

    In the rare event that your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please send us an email with your order details at info@twenty20skincare.com and we will work to ensure you receive a full refund, credit or replacement on a case by case basis.

Wholesale & Custom Orders

  • We welcome all qualified domestic and international wholesalers wishing to retail our products in their stores. We also welcome all custom orders for events or celebrations by individuals or businesses.
